A rant for Mr Cameron and the BoE
The UK start up scene is a vibrant but unfortunately poorly backed industry, as a knowledge based economy their are a vast quantity of people seeking out opportunities to grow ideas into small firms and hopefully taking them further. The UK does not lack innovation, neither does it lack the talent to create these enterprising businesses to disrupt industries, but it lacks something that is core to taking these ideas further, and thats the passion for risk and investing in ideas, and that is, plain and simple...ideas.
Boost the UK Economy
The UK economy has taken a hit lately. I was particularly pleased when there was an "announcement" of a £5 billion injection fund to bolster our economy, only to find out the next morning that it was a rumour and nothing was even said about investing into the UK. It is blatantly, and plainly obvious where we are heading, graduates are unable to find jobs, those who lost there jobs in the recessions are taking the only jobs on the market, and overall, there is a shortening of jobs. All whilst we spend on countries abroad and spend stupid amounts on "art projects" which cost councils £500,000, bleeding erks me, it's ridiculous.
Making the rightmove in the UKs startup industry
Startups are a passion of mine, seeking out new opportunities and looking to grow small companies from minimum investment. The UKs startup scene has been somewhat lacking in terms of innovation but this is not due to the inventors themselves, but because of the societal attitude that we lack, as compared to the United States.
Rightmove
Welcome to rightmove uk, thanks for coming to our website!
Moving house can be exciting, a journey, a new start, but it's also quite taxing, having made my own move this month, i've found it extremely tiring, probably because I'm moving city, entirely. I have even booked the property (rent) one month in advance as I want to move slowly and not all of a sudden. I find it difficult to pack up and go, jumping in, all of a sudden. But not everyone is in the position to do that.
This website will go through my journey, but it will also display interior design ideas, different things you can do, what you should look for when you are making your move to a new property and hopefully we'll get a few fans along the way. =)
My first property
Well, not quite as the title suggests, not my first property to buy, but rather, to rent. BTW this isn't a love story. Having lived in London my entire life, more specifically the beautiful town of Kingston, I've never really wanted to move out of this town, I was born here, grew up here and had a spectacular life, with the riches of Richmond park and getting chased by more than a dozen dears (pretty scary) Kingston really has been a wonderful part of my life. Our town centre, I believe is next to nothing, don't compare any other town centre to Kingstons, because it really can't compare. So as you can already guess, I'm a fan of kingston...now here's the harsh part.
